    Dr. Merve Saraçoğlu is a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with nearly 20 years of experience in adult psychotherapy, couples work, and emotional regulation. She holds a master's degree in applied psychology, clinical psychology training, CBT certification, and a background in positive psychotherapy.

    She is the founder of Ray Psychology, where she supports clients in understanding behavioral patterns, decision making, self-awareness, and psychological flexibility. Her work aligns closely with Meet Your Mind's focus on repeated patterns, responsible interpretation, and ethical use of behavioral insight.

    Dr. Gena Yuvette Davis is a renowned organizational psychologist, executive coach, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and social justice advocate. She is the founder and CEO of True Synergy, Inc., a company specializing in corporate culture change, people operations, and behavioral transformation for progressive global organizations. She holds a PsyD in Organization Development, an MBA in Marketing, a BA from the University of Southern California, and is a board-certified coach (BCC).

    Dr. Davis takes a unique approach to applied behavioral science, incorporating methodology focused on the intersectionality of race and gender and on Self and Being for women. As an expert in behavior-based change, people operations, internal branding strategy, and DEIBAJ, she uses proven interventions to shift mindsets and create systemic changes, helping executive leaders and their teams understand their essence and awareness of Self.

Her research, executive coaching, and leadership development work focus on the psychological dynamics that influence judgment, relationships, organizational effectiveness, and leadership in times of change.

    Driven by a deep curiosity about how people perceive, decide, adapt, and lead, Dr. Jerabek translates complex behavioral science into practical insights that help leaders move beyond surface-level solutions to uncover the underlying mechanisms shaping performance, culture, and human behavior.
